Package descriptions, prices, and turnaround times shown on this site are indicative starting points. Final scope, deliverables, revisions, and pricing for any project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Intellectual property

All site content — including copy, layouts, branding, and code — is owned by Kovy Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for a client is governed by the project agreement signed with that client.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or contact form, including but not limited to submitting unlawful content, automated spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.

5. Limitation of liability
